HAPPY NEW YEAR. 2025 BABY. YES.

phew okay, had to get some of my excitement out my system but now that i'm here, spending time with you again, i can't help but feel this jumpy.

2024 has been the wildest journey i ever could've imagined and it's brought me to the lifestyle i've dreamed of for the last very many years. while i do want to recap 2024 and go over what the year looked like, i just want to welcome 2025 with open arms and start the year off strong with my goals, dreams, wishes, expectations and plans of action; who better to discuss it all with, than you?

i'm working hard to build the life i'm not only capable of, but the one i deserve and the fact that i've made it this far, has a lot to do with you so thank you, very much.

hi ya'll, long time no see <3 and if you're new here, welcome to the LISTEN podcast!!

in this episode, i do not give excuses for my absence rather i VERY briefly update you on what life has looked like recently and this episode is pretty much an indication that i will be able to devote more time to LISTEN in coming days.

coming to you from a new location, with a fresh perspective, red hair and better mental health, i think it's safe to say that i am in an exciting new phase of my life and so is LISTEN!

i'm constantly 'trying to try'. this just means that i'm always making an effort towards myself and attempting to get better.

ill mental health is a common issue in today's world and the amount of times i record an episode regarding what's happening north of my eyebrows is proof of the same.

i genuinely encourage you to make an effort like i try to and to seek support from anyone in doing so. we're all meant to hold each other's hands through tough times and something i'm trying to learn is that there's no shame in asking for help.

keep vocalising what you're feeling - trust me, it makes a difference.
