概要
It's a made for tv movie intended to be a pilot- L.A. Takedown, starring Scott Plank as Vincent Hanna. It's a movie about a hyper focused detective chasing down a top notch professional thief Patrick McLaren (Alex McArthur), who soon discover they share alot in common despite being on opposite ends of the law. Sound familiar? It should It's the barebones idea of the 1996 crime classic Heat, starring Al Pacino and Robert DeNiro. An idea from Michael Mann after being inspired by the stories of former Chicago police officer Chuck Adamson, who found himself in Hollywood as a screenwriter and producer, working closely with Mann for decades. It's the fictionalized depiction of his time chasing down Neil McCauley and their unlikely strange bond.
