  • An allegation is okay if you're gay ?
    2023/12/08
An attorney by the name of David M Sanders for Kox County schools after the district Judge "corrected" him still spoke as if teenager would be okay with an alleged assault by a male authority figure if he were gay. David Sanders believes his father (who was surprised and taken back by the incidents) puts his son up to this. As though a father/dad of 8 who lives with chronic pain and addressing the bias that's prevalent in Knox County Schools has the time and energy to make up such an evil situation. This is the SAME attorney in another case who was convinced that the father sent the mother to protest against "racism" and bigotry that the FAMILY dealt with from a prior principal, Brandon Pratt. David M Sanders is on the board of trustees for Sewanee: The University of the South. Whose statement of equity and non-discrimination states: Part of encouraging equity is to provide processes that respond to the need for special accommodations and a reporting and response system for acts of discrimination. "The university provides training intended to prevent discrimination of any type, and we also encourage reporting across the entire university. We are all imperfect and can have hidden biases. Our aim is to become more aware of bias—and work to prevent it—so we can learn together in an inclusive environment. It makes you wonder if they require this same sentiment in their board of trustees.

Welcome to the inaugural episode of Knox Villains and Heroes. I'm here to share bits and pieces of our story that may challenge beliefs, but more importantly, to expose, encourage, and hold leaders accountable.

In this story, we'll explore instances where Knox County Schools overlooked communication, disregarded parents and showed their complete disdain toward a father and his children which continues under the new feckless administration and board members, which we'll delve into in a future episode.

The telling of our story isn't about seeking belief; it's a call to expose realities. It's akin to acknowledging issues like abuse, cancer, leukemia, Alzheimer's, or discrimination, even if one hasn't personally experienced them. Denying the existence of such struggles is, as they say, mighty small, selfish, and narrow-minded.

Just because we don't experience something doesn't mean it doesn't happen. It's a perspective that transcends political, religious, and ethnic backgrounds.

A villain is a cruelly malicious person involved in or devoted to wickedness..... Hero: A person distinguished by exceptional courage, nobility, fortitude, or idealized for possessing superior qualities in any field. I've told my children that they are the heroes and main characters. We experience the pains, triumphs, failures, and emotions in our story, but our lives are meant to be read to help, encourage, and tell others they are not alone. It's not for everybody or all the time, but it's enough—enough people, enough incidents—to reveal where this darkness lies in a school system. I believe that a child is an extension of the family home. For years, I've told Knox County Schools that emotional, social, spiritual, religious, and family boundaries don't change just because students walk through the school doors; it's not done as they please. Knox County Schools have been creative in their acts of evil and maliciousness. They've operated in darkness for years. but it will come to light.    I've conveyed this to the Knox County school board. The Bible says it's better to have a millstone tied around your neck than to harm children. So, my question is, how much longer will they hold their breath until they change?
