We did it! We got our first episode recorded!

I am joined today by our music minister, Amy Lind, to talk about the first section of our book. In this conversation, you will hear a lot about the 5 steps to renewal, which are:

1.) Personal Renewal

2.) Relational Renewal

3.) Missional Renewal

4.) Structural Renewal

5.) Cultural Renewal

I hope that the stories Amy and I have shared in this podcast help you understand how we, as a church, can enter into these renewals, but more importantly, to recognize where you are in the process as well. Finally, you will find the two questions from the end of the section below to review for yourself as you have time.

3.) Part of renewal in order to have revitalization is the need to be filled with the power of the Holy Spirit. Describe how you have experienced the presence and power of the Holy Spirit in your life.

4.) Think about the love you have for one another in your local church. Describe how authentic love for each other is expressed. If you would say that there needs to be relational renewal in your church, what is one thing your church could commit to doing over the next six weeks to grow in this area? If you are in a group, please share with the group a time when you experienced genuine love and care from a member of your church family.
