For years, fear spread across Spokane, Washington, as women were attacked by a predator who seemed impossible to catch. Known as the “South Hill Rapist,” Kevin Coe carried out a series of violent assaults during the late 1970s and early 1980s, leaving investigators scrambling for answers while the community lived in constant fear.
