In this episode, I talk about the importance of keeping both your mind and body active and how simple daily habits can have a surprisingly positive impact on your mood energy and overall productivity.
I break down three practical ways to stay mentally and physically stimulated: limiting how much time you spend sitting down so you maintain momentum throughout the day, giving yourself small personal tasks that get you out of the house and keep your mind engaged and making an effort to talk to people more often through calls, voice notes or conversations that keep you socially connected.
I also touch on an important balance - while staying active and engaged is powerful, rest still has its place.
The goal isn’t to be constantly busy, but to remain connected with life in a way that keeps you stimulated, productive and ultimately happier day to day.
