Katie Hoffman, a 44-year-old woman, was born with Spina Bifida myelomeningocele. Over the span of three decades, she grappled with anxiety, depression, and trauma-induced PTSD. Surviving multiple suicide attempts (20 attempts according to Katie) and years marked by self-harm, including battling an eating disorder, she persevered through immense challenges. Throughout her life, she faced relentless bullying due to both her disability and weight, yet she remained steadfast in her resilience.
