On this episode of Kate and Kat Live, we hosted mini trauma healing sessions for the viewers in the comment section of our TikTok Live. There ended up being enough time to work with two separate people. One has joined us quite a few times, so it was easy to guide them in to what they needed. The second person to join us wasn't as familiar with our healing practice, so we ended up breaking things down and explaining some cool things while we helped.
