Our third episode takes us to the beautiful beach side of Burleigh Heads where we talk to Justin from Kuki Coffee in Gold Coast, QLD.
He tells us how he got into coffee and began his roasting career, and how to find great suitable ways to extract your coffee. We also learn why he chose to go to an air roaster instead of the conventional gas roasting method
Justin is great at helping cafe owners and I personally recommend his crazy decaf coffee that has stunned even some other roasters of how amazing it tastes.
