    Trust your intuition in relationships when something shifts by paying attention to your body's signals such as a tightening in your chest or stomach, difficulty falling asleep, and feeling exhausted after interactions. Use this transition period as an opportunity for deep inner work, rediscover your authentic self, and set boundaries. If you meet someone new, detach from any expectations and pay attention to your body's responses around them.
