Judge Emmet Sullivan held a hearing in the case in which independent journalist Katie Phang sued Attorney General Todd Blanche for violating the Epstein files transparency act, thereby violating her First Amendment freedom of the press rights.
Glenn attended the court hearing in DC and did a live report from outside DC federal district court. He was joined by Adam Klasfeld of All Rise News for a discussion of what happened during the court hearing.
The top line from the hearing: Judge Sullivan lectured the DOJ attorneys for a full 20 minutes about how he will hold them in contempt of court if need be, saying repeatedly, "That's not a threat, it's a promise."
