  • Q & A: Question and Answer Segment - Journey Into Mental Health Podcast
    2026/08/02

Q & A (Question and Answer Segment): This episode addresses an important question we received and researched thoroughly before replying. We always welcome your input and additional comments for future podcasts.
In this segment, we explore what Sunni Islam is and how it differs from the Nation of Islam and Christianity. We also discuss Elijah Muhammad's and Malcolm X's positions on the Nation of Islam.
Lastly, a new believer asks: "Why would God allow the world to be presented with the Bible if it falsely states that God has a Son and that Jesus is the Savior of the world?"
Considering this, I must agree that God would not allow the entire world to continue believing a lie. Therefore, I conclude that the Bible is His Word. His Word states that He loved us so much He sent Jesus to take our sins so that those who believe can have eternal life—something everyone wants. I believe this.
However, Islam states that God is singular and has no son. I believe we must allow God to place in our hearts what to believe, and He would not let the world be deceived by a lie. You must decide for yourself, but the evidence that the Bible is the Word of God supersedes the belief that we can be accepted on our own merits. Jesus said that no one comes to the Father except through Him—and it is Jesus who said this, not me or anyone else on this podcast.
Thank you for listening. All statements here are made with gratitude to God, not to disrespect anyone else's beliefs or religion. What do you say?

  • Pre-Trial Comments - David Anthony Burke Case
    2026/07/28

NEW EPISODE of Pre-Trial developments as this story begins to now unfold. Here are the latest comments based on our thoughts. No official police, court or Hernandez family statements are included here. A sad story yet to be concluded, but troubling to the mind. Especially for the family of Celeste Hernandez, who have been waiting for answers since 2022 - 2024. Their 13 year old daughter went missing and now almost 3 to 4 years later, they are still waiting for answers. A deep family lost and definitely one of the more difficult episodes to discuss during Mental Health Awareness month. Follow along with us as the story unfolds. What a tragedy for both the artist and the victim, not to mention the horrible discovery for her family. Thank you for your support and for listening. Your comments and poll responses are greatly appreciated.

  • How Diet Can Affect Mental Health
    2026/07/10

This episode explores how diet can affect mental health. Based on Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride's excellent book, Gut and Psychology Syndrome. Pick up a copy today. But, in the meantime, here are my thoughts on the GAPS diet mentioned in this book and my overall option based on other nutritional articles, books and people I've spoken to. ANY natural treatment for physical or mental healing and wellness is what our Podcast is all about. God has provided all kinds of plants, fruits and water based nutritional items for our overall mental and physical well-being, so why not explore what He has for us so we can live our best lives possible? I truly appreciate your support and welcome your thoughts, questions, and suggestions for future podcasts. We hope all the information shared here is beneficial to our listeners, whether you're a regular or just visiting. In any case, as a visitor, consider subscribing so you can stay up to date on all our episodes, catch up on episodes you've missed or want to continue to receive great new content, as it comes in.
