Are you struggling to find a job? If you're in this position like me, you know it is tough out there. I saw a recent video on social media saying finding a job right now is like winning the lottery--and it sure feels that way! I have been job searching for months trying to land interviews and positions but barely hear back or denied. If you're like me, you don't see the light at the end of the tunnel. However, I think there is some truth that comes with this outcome. My mantra this year was see rejection and redirection, and what a better way to live by this now. In this episode, I describe my bad experiences with a few jobs, how I am feeling about this process, and ways you can stand out as a better candidate. I hope this helps you to not feel alone in your search and remember, see rejection as redirection!
