概要
Jill Schwartz is a pediatric Physical Therapist and founder of Ready Set Go PT where she helps families develop care plans for their children’s rehabilitation needs. She is also a Type II Diabetic. Over 20 years’ experience in pediatrics never prepared her for the uphill battle she would take on with her own health and how it would affect her family. Jill made the courageous decision to go vegan in June 2017 and never looked back. She is thrilled that she is finally able to manage her diabetes and fully enjoy her free time with her husband, two children and their dogs. Here is her story.
