This episode comes to you from a place of sunshine, sea air, and unexpected self-discovery.
Time away from the demands of everyday life has given me something I didn’t realise I needed space to relax into myself again. To feel playful, curious, and even a little bit like a “naughty school girl,” rediscovering parts of me that had been quietly waiting for attention.
Sometimes the most meaningful work we do isn’t business work it’s personal. It’s the gentle work of reconnecting with who we are beyond our roles, responsibilities, and routines.
In this short, reflective episode, recorded with the sound of the sea in the background, an added bonus of an extra 10 minutes of sea and Cala D'or waking up for the day. I share what it means to slow down, listen inward, and allow life to flow.
