Arhhhh Sleep!! Sometimes this is the most overlooked subject when it come to our overall wellbeing and how we function.
I never took sleep seriously until I was forced to rest, once I looking into restoring our bodies and nervous system it had such a positive impact of my energy and life. Now I wouldn't be without my bedtime routine, and for me it's more of a priority than my morning routine.
When living in a state of high alert it can take a very long time to wind down.
