As a new school year begins, it’s tempting to plant the seeds and immediately start looking for the harvest. We choose the curriculum, establish the routines, set the goals, and then wonder why everything isn’t growing quite as quickly as we hoped.
In this episode, I’m sharing a lesson that hit me while running past a field near my home: most days are not harvest days, and that’s okay.
