    Nicole, where have you been?! It's been 6 mos. and this episode wasn't planned at all. The suns out, the vibe is right so I decided to step to the mic. I get into what's been happening since I've been gone. Overcoming PTSD, update on friend group therapy, starting therapy, music I've been listening to etc...
