Dr. Ai is the founder and CEO of the Classroom without walls and a former University professor who turned to become an entrepreneur. She is also a co-author of the book Skip the Degree. She taught in higher education for 10+ years before she started her own enriched program, Classroom Without Walls. She works with teens and young adults to help them figure out what they want to do in life and develop confidence motivation and real-life skills to become career-ready.
