• The activist patient needs connection, presence, to feel truly heard. If you walked in distracted, moving fast, barking orders — they're not signing up. Hard sales tactics and ego are instant turn-offs.

• The artist patient wants uniqueness and a personalized approach. Tell them you do it the same way with everyone and watch them disappear. The scholar is the only one who actually wants every detail — and they're going to need time, data, maybe a spreadsheet, before they decide.

• The faster decision-makers are class president, cheerleader, and actor. The slower ones are activist, artist, and scholar. Know which one is sitting across from you — and adjust.
