概要
Women and Equalities Select Committee Chair Sarah Owen MP chats with Gloria and Dame Tracey Crouch about the work of her committee and how it examines how the odds are stacked against women and the benefits they bring to business. Tracey and Sarah share their experiences of combining being a parent of a young child with being an MP. She says she would hesitate to recommend her daughter follow in her footsteps but says we still need more women MPs in politics.
This week Dame Tracey Crouch, former sports minister and now MD of Hanover Sport sits in for Jonathan Ashworth.
