Happy Almost New Year to you and I'm excited to have Regan Forston on again. Regan Forston is to be one who can back up with understandings of what we're going through and wise with his hypnotic sessions he hears some definite conversations about what the planet is shifting into.

We have been coming through some very powerful understandings lately and I know in the Northwest here we've had a lot of weather and the elements that have been communicating to us through our stories.

Animals in my world have also been very bold in their conversations also so with that that we do have a team that's out there to help us the thing is though it is a very individual walk on what we're going through.

I personally have had conversations with people about how they've been skirting around the depressed energy and the mind sets that are really triggering them as they walk forward. I too have been working with an underground anger that I really haven't felt much in my life but it's just like this undertow kind of like the floods or just under the ground in my world.

I want you to know that this will be my last live until the after the new year due to wanting to spend some time with my family during the holidays, So this will be a very open conversation about life right now.

How have you been feeling lately?

I know I've been a lot witnessing a lot of people who are just done they need to be done with Life's stories! Or they're just like how do I get through the day with where their at like.... I feel like I could just lay down and go to bed or I don't want to get out of bed.

Well in my observation with all the portals and the planetary changes and the wisdom that's coming down for us it's just been a lot for our mind emotions and bodies to go through. I don't know how many portals that we've just been going through and the Schumann aspect of life has been off the charts with sun flares and retrogrades and all these different things that have been happening it's really setting us up for a lot of success if we can walk into it.

I want you to know that us have been doing the work 2027 won't be a lot better yet we're still going to have to go through some of this stuff so I'm going to give some tools on how to negotiate the energies we're in and the future energies along with some understandings of how to treat your body better.

I will be channeling a deity and at this moment I hear it's going to be Jesus, Yoshua and I'm also going to be pulling some Oracle cards at the end.

We just went through something that a lot of people knew something changed. The change could have been in the way you thought about the way that you feel your emotions and also it might have been where you felt other spirits or the other dimensions around you.

As we're going through these new upgrades and these new understandings it's time to update our old truths aren't setting into a newer platform for us. With that that I even personally had to do another house clearing in my own house and finding a way to integrate in the new energies that are coming in. I heard a lot of people over the last week being dizzy, not feeling well. yes there's colds and stuff going around yet at the same time there's this other underlining thing that's happening to our bodies.

On today's show I will talk about what you may have experienced and how you may have integrated into this new knowing yet didn't fully integrate what you might thought you could have I will support you in your life swap maybe to broaden your understandings so that you can come into these new understandings for 2026 with a little bit more grace. Remember your truth is your truth I'm a perspective.
