As an intermediate adult rider who started riding to help with her mental health, my goal as your host is to bring out the heart of horseback riding, and really dig into the whys of the sport.
I want everyone — whether you're just starting out or whether you've been competing for years — to relate to the topics I'll be discussing on this podcast.
I want to be a positive voice in the riding community, and educate everyone about the hidden gems of it all!
