He also shares his life experiences and how to successfully overcome addiction. We Are Not Our Secrets welcomes this Psychologist, mentor, actor, and father to the podcast. Dr. Bob says, ‘“Too much (emotional) safety is dangerous.” We should show our true emotions and be our authentic selves. Every emotion has value.
