On this episode I si and chat with Erich Polley. I met Eric through theatre friends and then we ended up working together on a production of Rent that I directed in 2011. Erich is an amazing dancer and he's done a lot of work on Broadway. Today we chat about what it was like growing up gay, first crushes and working in New York.
