“Send Coach John a message”

As someone who loves coffee, the “Coffee Bean” book is near and dear to my heart. Found this post from Damon West (@damonwest7) “Integrity isn’t proven in public, it's revealed in private when no one is around. Be the same person either way. That’s how you change the environment.” He’s right on target with this for sure. The picture post that he shared said this: “Anyone can do the right thing when people are looking. Being a Coffee Bean means you do it when no one’s watching. That’s integrity and that’s what transforms the water.” Remember the story about the coffee bean transforming the pot of boiling water. The carrot doesn’t do it, it gets too soft. The egg doesn’t do it either, it gets too hard. Wonderful lessons for all of us.
