Let us explain - today we share a real story about a woman who booked a permanent makeup eyeliner lightening session, but due to safety concerns, Ms Amber Red refused to perform the procedure. Despite Ms Amber Red’s professional judgment and ethics, the client spent two hours trying to pressure her into doing the service…yup, you heard that right.

When Ms Amber Red stood her ground to protect the client’s health and safety, the woman retaliated by leaving a 1-star Google review for a service she never actually received.
