From the moment we come into existence we are inside sound. Our mother’s womb is a unique soundscape which aids our physical and mental development. The presence of sound feeds our brains and nourishes us before we are even born. This is why I have chosen to call this podcast InsideSound. The healing power of sound has been utilised for centuries. However, most of us in the west have lost touch with this innate gift of healing, and surprisingly many musicians who are unknowingly healing themselves on a daily basis are not aware of just how powerful sound is. I therefore bring this podcast to you, to explore and share insights into the balancing power of sound, and how it can help retune your system to maintain a healthy mental and physical wellbeing.
