  • You're Lying to Yourself: I'm Not Enough
    2026/08/24

The biggest lie we tell ourselves is that we are not enough.

It's the mother of all lies and one that breeds smaller lies we tend to believe about ourselves.

Now, maybe we're not saying those exact words to ourselves every day in the mirror, but they are seeping into our thought process in other ways.

    I'm not good enough.

    I'm not worthy.

I don't deserve to be happy.

    They could never love me.

If left unchecked, this lie can completely derail our life and ultimately rob us of our life.

In this episode, we'll talk about where this lie comes from and how to dismantle it. And while it may sound simple in nature, it's a practice we'll have to partake in for the rest of our lives.

  • Why Is Everyone So Obsessed with Dolly Parton?
    2026/08/31

We lost a significant person when Dolly Parton left this earth on Aug. 25.

I remember the first time I saw her. I didn't know much about her, but when she made a cameo in the movie 'The Beverly Hillbillies', I was enamored with the way she sparkled on camera.

It's not just because she had a sparkly dress on or her hair was teased higher than the heavens, it was the way she glowed from within. That glow doesn't come from procedures or makeup or even good lighting.

It comes from our Heavenly Father.

See the world loved Dolly for so many reasons, but I think the biggest is the way she reflected the light and the love of Jesus.

In this episode, we're going to dive into the things that we can all learn from Dolly's life - the things that made her who she was - and why they matter in this world more than ever.

So take notes because we're now carrying the torch.

  • You're Lying to Yourself: I'm a Failure
    2026/08/17

Do you think you're a failure? Honestly, reading those words "I'm a failure" feels outrageous. Like, who would ever say that about themselves?

Maybe you've never actually said those words to yourself, but perhaps you've alluded them in another way. It's not "I'm a failure" but rather "I'm a terrible mom" or "I always mess things up" or "I can't do anything right."

Those words are a slippery slope to adopting failure as an identity.

In this week's episode we'll identify the sneaky ways failure starts to take over our lives. We're not denying that failure will happen, we're just reframing the way we think about failure. While it is a part of life, it's not life itself.

We'll also come up with a gameplan to combat this lie for the next time it tries to sneak it's way into our mind.

Oh! And I can't wait to share the surprising thing I learned about the word "failure" that will forever change the way you think about it.
