Think, See, and Live Differently. As God reveals His truth and removes the blinders that keep us from seeing clearly, He calls us not only to reflect on these truths when we rise, when we lie down, and in all we do, but by His Spirit to proclaim the gospel and live in faithful obedience in every area of life. Faith In Everything. As Deuteronomy 6:6-7 reminds us, “These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.” Faith transforms us from the inside out. As the gospel we proclaim takes root, it changes how we see ourselves, others, and the world. And it becomes evident in what we think, what we say, and what we do. This is more than a podcast; it’s a way of life. A call to see life InSight Out; to live as we were created to live, to flourish as God intends, and to build our lives on the unshakable foundation of His Word. Because how we live matters.Copyright 2025 All rights reserved. キリスト教 スピリチュアリティ 政治・政府 社会科学 聖職・福音主義

  • How Social Media Content Culture Is Ruining Everyday Public Spaces | The InSight Out Show | Ep. 242
    2026/07/02

Gen Z is reportedly pulling back from the gym, not because of the workouts, but because of the cameras. Between people filming routines, instructors posting content, and the fear of ending up online as someone else’s “gym fail,” working out can start to feel less private than it should.

It is easy to laugh, but the concern makes sense. We live in a world where almost anything can become content. So how do we build spaces where people can grow, struggle, sweat, and improve without feeling like they are being watched, judged, or used for someone else’s feed?

    Scripture (NIV):

1 Thessalonians 4:11 — “Make it your ambition to lead a quiet life...”

    Reflection Questions:

Where do you feel most aware of being watched or judged?

How can we create more grace-filled spaces for people who are trying to grow?

  • Is the Food in Our Pantry Still Food? | The InSight Out Show | Ep. 246
    2026/07/09

Mac and cheese used to be simple. Noodles, cheddar, butter, milk, flour, salt, and pepper. Now a box can look simple on the front, while the label tells a much longer story.

In this episode, we’re talking about what happens when everyday food becomes harder to recognize, harder to trust, and harder on our bodies. From processed ingredients to the declining nutritional value of some fruits and vegetables, it raises a bigger question: when convenience quietly reshapes what we consume, how do we learn to pay attention again?

Scripture (NIV): 1 Corinthians 6:19–20 – “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God?”

    Reflection Questions:

What have you started noticing about the food you eat, and how might paying attention be an act of stewardship rather than fear?

  • Why Is Asking for Help So Hard? | The InSight Out Show | Ep. 243
    2026/07/06

An 11-year-old boy in Texas went viral after knocking on a neighbor’s door and asking one simple question: “Do you know any kids my age? I need friends.” No pretending. No trying to play it cool. Just honesty.

It’s the kind of moment that feels sweet at first, then quietly exposes something in us. How many needs do we hide because we’re afraid of sounding awkward, weak, lonely, or too much?

Scripture (NIV): Hebrews 4:16 – “Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need."

    Reflection Questions:

What is one thing you need right now that you’ve been afraid to ask for? What might change if you took the risk and knocked on the door?
