    Chaos is not fixed by control. The more we try and shove our life into the pretty picture we think it should be the more it explodes out of the bottom and sides of the box. Leaving us riddled with anxiety. Which not to be dramatic is slowly killing us.
    What then do we do?

    Pressure from so many sides telling us what we should do, be, have, own, achieve... Internally the "not good enough" "not enough" "unlovable" drums beat louder and louder till we cave to the pressure and shatter... This might be binge eating, this might be sickness, this might be depression, the list goes on.
    Let go. Terrifying as it sounds. Let go.
    This episode I go into depth on the principles and some practical ways I act on "letting go" in my own life. The noise of this world is never going to stop.
