In Part 2 of this conversation with Mandy Hayes, recorded on January 29th, 2026, we shift into the real-life experience of navigating awareness—what it actually feels like to move through relationships, conversations, and everyday life when your perception has changed.
We talk about the contrast between conversations that feel energizing and expansive versus ones that feel surface-level or draining. As your awareness shifts, so does your tolerance for small talk, material focus, and interactions that don’t feel aligned.
This leads into a deeper conversation around relationships—how people can show up inconsistently, how actions reveal more than words, and how important it becomes to recognize when something no longer feels supportive.
We also explore energy dynamics between people, including the feeling of being drained in certain interactions and how personality patterns can play into that. There’s a powerful story shared about recognizing someone as an “energy eater” in a very intuitive, immediate way—highlighting how we can feel these dynamics even without having language for them.
The conversation also touches on Human Design and how differently people are built to move through the world. We reflect on honoring your own pace, energy, and boundaries, while also learning how to better understand others.
From there, we move into identity—especially around masculine and feminine expression. We talk about growing up feeling more aligned with masculine traits, while also navigating what it means to connect with and express femininity in your own way.
I share a personal realization that shifted how I understand myself: what I had perceived as a separate, masculine counterpart revealed itself instead as a female aspect of my own consciousness. This reframed the experience from something external to something internal—something to integrate rather than separate from.
We also touch on breaking out of traditional systems, questioning how we live and work, and the desire to create a life that feels more aligned, self-directed, and supportive of who we actually are.
This episode moves between humor, honesty, and deeper reflection.
At its core, it’s about recognizing what feels true for you—and allowing that to shape how you move through the world.
