More than 1 in 3 respondents report their organization’s mental health declined in the past year. That’s up from 1 in 5 just a year ago. In addition, 36% of HR leaders believe employees struggled with severe or chronic depression over the past year, up from 21% a year ago. Mental health challenges result in less focus, engagement and productivity, and causes large numbers of employees to leave their organizations due to their mental health's impact on their ability to work.
