Happy Wine Wednesday! We had an unprecedented ending to Season 9 of Love is Blind with NO marriages. It was the right outcome, but shocking nonetheless. You're also getting an unprecedented episode of the podcast this week, as I am solo for the first time ever. When Candi and I can get our schedules aligned, I promise to get her thoughts on this season, as well as the Love is Blind France discussion we promised.

I start off, by going back to the finale to talk about the failed weddings of Ali/Anton and KB/Edmond. I also talk about their very anticlimactic reunion segments. I have a hard time thinking Ali was ever into Anton, especially because she didn't bother to have some very important discussions with him about his strip club patronage. Apparently, it was all about slides and the way he walked - going alllll the way back to Baja. Despite being the main topic of discourse this season, KB and Edmond felt like an afterthought at the reunion.

From there, I get into the rest of my reunion thoughts. This includes all of the questions that should have been asked of Kacie instead of the weird Chris Paul segment. What was that?! Kacie is a hussy, but she is not to blame for the breakup of Madison and Joe. Nick sounded rehearsed but at least he made an effort to take accountability, unlike Kacie.

Overall, the reunion was very disappointing but I still enjoyed the season nonetheless. Would love to hear your thoughts on the season - shoot me an email or hit me up on social media.

Happy Wine Wednesday! Candi and I are back to discuss Episodes 10-11 of Netflix's Love is Blind Season 9. We focus on the couples we were relieved finally called it quits - Nick/Annie and Madison/Joe. Like ALL of the featured couples this season, these people had no business getting married.

We wrap up with our predictions about the remaining couples and whether or not the say yes - or even make it to the altar if you've taken a close look at the preview. We will get into a more robust discussion about what happened with these pairings when we reconnect to discuss the wedding episode. I think we might have our first season with no marriages and, honestly, that's the right outcome here.

Ali meeting Anton's friends is one of my favorite friend meetups of all time thanks to Joe's MESSY girlfriend. We are very exhausted with both Madison and Joe and would truly like to be removed from their contentious, nonsensical group chat. We remain steadfastly committed to "Team No Marriages" this season, but if there is a couple that has a chance it would be Megan and Jordan.

Part 2 will hit your feeds by the end of week. In that episode, we talk Annie/Nick, KB/Edmond, sentient hair, the pod reunion mixer, and how I truly don't want to see or hear from Patrick, Anna, or Kacie ever again.

Happy Wine Wednesday!

It's not the boogers, y'all! You will know what this means after you listen to the conclusion of our discussion of episodes 1-6 of Netflix's Love is Blind (US) Season 9. We get into the biggest messes of this season (so far):

- Edmond/KB

- Madison/Joe

- Patrick/Kacie/Anna/Blake

Y'all we don't know what is going on with Edmond and we had some questions for KB as well. I spend about 10 minutes trying to get Candi to answer a single hypothetical question about Edmond and her refusal to even entertain a fictional universe in which Edmond was her partner left me in shambles.

We want nice things for Madison and that does not include Joe.

We close out by unpacking the chaotic sort of rectangle (or square) that was Patrick/Kacie/Anna/Blake. Candi had way more grace for Anna than I did - she gives production plant. But luckily for Anna, Kacie was just so absolutely terrible that she's understandably at the center of LOTS of discourse.

Welcome back lovely listeners! We close out our reunion discussion with Ashleigh/Billy, Javen/Katisha/Sophie/Photobooth, and Meg/Kieran. Thank goodness Meg and Kieran are still together, as we truly would not have been okay if they were not. They are definitely in the LIB pantheon of amazing couples like Lauren/Cameron and Brett/Tiffany.

We get into Photo Booth-gate. We weren't thrilled that so much was made of whether there was a curtain or not because it has nothing to do with Javen's inappropriate behavior captured on camera when his fiancé was in the room. It was shocking that despite his inappropriate behavior, Javen was in no way the biggest villain this season. The true villain is Chris Coelen and the gyms that seem to be mass producing these awful men. Speaking of awful men, we had LOTS of thoughts about Ashleigh and Billy. We're sorry for Ashleigh's heartache, but happy that she is now free to pursue someone who is as fabulous as she is.

Happy Wine Wednesday! We are closing out our coverage of Season 2 of Love is Blind UK by unpacking the SHOCKING reunion episode. In part 1, I had a LOT to say about the reunion looks. Many of the women fought a battle with humidity and they did not win. But our critiques are not limited to the women, we were not feeling Kieran's Anita Baker, Toni Braxton like 90s hair look.

After our fashion police segment, we unpack our shock (but also relief) that Kal and Sarover are no longer together. We hate Kal for what he did and how he did it, but we're happy that Sarover is free to pursue the love she deserves. We close the conversation with Bardha and Jed. We weren't shocked these two didn't make it work but we left the reunion feeling like we still didn't have any meaningful insight into what went wrong with the former couple.
