    In this ‘Life Bites’ video we explore the reasoning behind the frustration so many women feel these days. (And yes, I know how frustrated men are too. That’s address elsewhere)

    I call it “female impotence."

    This is not a sexual state.It has much to do with how the structures of any society are almost entirely set up by men and how they think and move in the world.

    This is not a feminist view and it’s not a bad thing either.It’s just the way it is and makes it challenging in specific ways for women.

    This is simply an observation and not a judgement.So, if you’re curious about the ‘whys’ of women… this video holds some nice insights.

    (And I want to be clear that female impotence has absolutely nothing to do with sex.)

     All right, today I'm coming to you today from Dutchess County in New York State, in a beautiful little town here. It's not too hot, not too cold.

    So, today I wanted to discuss discernment and judgment and truth because something happened over the weekend that made me sort of wonder what's going on.I have a friend who I was hanging out with and we were watching some news and Kash Patel, the new FBI director, was being interviewed.

    They were asking him about the Epstein files and what he was saying wasn't really resonating with me. It didn't sound like the truth to me.

    Yet, I know we're supposed to assume that someone in that position would never lie to us.

    As far as I’m concerned, when you look at his face, he doesn't look like a man who's at peace to me.

    That doesn't mean you're judging it.Sometimes the things that are real are not very pleasant and so I think it's important to not fool ourselves and believe the lie.

    As a woman who is now in my early 60s, who has offered coaching sessions for a number of years, I’ve often spoken with people in my generation.It struck me recently, that there seems to be a trend around the topic of being ‘seen’.This idea of being seen is not limited to a certain age group. I’m seeing it pop up everywhere.Surprisingly…Having said that, I’ve been particularly taken aback by how many mature men are processing the idea of being seen in their later years.These are men who are very successful in their chosen careers.     A warrior doesn't complain. They laugh at the struggle... and it's always a struggle.

    Developing a warrior mindset seems to be at the heart of all that's been going on in the last few years and the current year of 2025.

    This is going to demand a lot from all of us. And when I say warrior, I'm not talking about aggression. I'm talking about toughness, mental, physical, and spiritual.

    Prophecies have spoken of the spiritual tribulations we're in now.

    One must cultivate a warrior mindset to get through it all.To discuss that here,

    I've pulled inspiration from The Wheel of Time by Carlos Castaneda.

    Castaneda was an American professor of Mexican and Peruvian descent.

    He apprenticed with a Yaqui Indian from Mexico who was a master shaman.

    This shaman was known as Don Juan Matus.I read all the books Castaneda wrote back in the 1990s.

    The wisdom buried in his books is almost without parallel in my opinion.

    So, this discussion will be based on the experience Castaneda had with his shaman, Don Juan, and my interpretation of it.
