Hello and a huge welcome to the first ever episode of my Wrestling and Neurodiversity podcast. In this episode I introduce myself to the podcast world, talk about my Autism and how this has affected my journey into the wrestling business. I talk about my friends who are neurodivergent, how we all have a place somewhere and that we just need to find our people, our community. The series will follow on with guest appearances from some of the South Coasts best independent wrestlers and how their own diversities come together within a wrestling family.
