Join me in an engaging and thought-provoking conversation with my friend, and fellow MAPLer, Steve Mullaney. In this episode, Steve and I explore how our ability to form social connections, and relationships, make us who we are as individuals and leaders. We start off by identifying how isolation can be detrimental to our health and how we can overcome it by being a part of a community. We then dive into how we typically form connections with others and how friendships can be developed. Steve and I also discuss how leaders can create opportunities for meaningful relationships to form by laying the foundation for organic connections to happen naturally.
