Adam and Kyle are back for the halfway point of their Spider‑Noir review series, and Episode 4 finally starts paying off some of the mystery that's been building since the beginning. With loyalties shifting, power struggles escalating, and more super-powered characters entering the picture, the world of Spider‑Noir is starting to feel a lot bigger.
The pair dive into Silvermane’s growing paranoia, the increasingly tangled relationships surrounding Cat, Flint Marko, and Ben, and the emergence of yet another mysterious powered individual. There’s plenty of speculation about where all these abilities came from, whether Silvermane is quietly building an army, and if the show is laying the groundwork for something much larger.
As always, Adam and Kyle pick apart character motivations, debate the logic of Ben’s detective work, and question why a fedora can apparently survive an entire superhero fight without falling off. Along the way there’s praise for Nicolas Cage’s wonderfully eccentric performance, some surprisingly strong action sequences, and growing curiosity about where the series is ultimately headed.
By the end, both hosts agree the mystery is getting stronger, the stakes are rising, and Spider‑Noir is becoming more entertaining with every episode, even if they’re still not completely sold on the romance.
Halfway through the season, and the web is only getting bigger.
