概要

Lost Broadcast is an anthology horror podcast set in the static-flecked glow of a 1970s television. Each episode presents a self-contained story that Luna plucks from the airwaves — a fragment of signal that shouldn't exist, a ghost in the coaxial cable, a broadcast that arrives from the wrong frequency. The stories are slow, atmospheric, and deeply analog: a ham operator who hears his own voice from a station that went silent in 1962, a late-night weather report that predicts disasters before they happen, a rerun of a children's show whose puppets seem to know the viewer's name. The unifying thread is the television itself — that strange cathode-ray portal that sometimes shows you what you shouldn't see. Luna speaks in the same hushed, intimate register she uses for all her shows, but here there is a particular melancholy, a sense of tuning in to something that is already fading. Each episode stands alone, but together they create a mosaic of electromagnetic dread. The signal is weak. The picture is breaking up. But if you listen closely, you might hear something coming through — a voice from the other side of the dial.

  • The Tape on WKRP's Spare Reel — Fexingo Horror
    2026/05/07
In the autumn of 1978, a college radio station in rural Pennsylvania picked up a strange signal during dead air—a woman's voice, calm and precise, reading coordinates into the static. The DJ on duty, a quiet kid named Paul, recorded it on a spare reel and forgot about it. Weeks later, he played it back after midnight. That's when the voice started talking directly to him, describing his apartment, his childhood dog, his mother's maiden name—things he had never told anyone. By the third playback, the voice told him to drive to the coordinates. He went. He never came back. Luna finds the tape in a thrift shop fifteen years later, and decides to listen in her car, alone, on a dead-end road at 2 AM.

  • The Signal on Blue Ridge Road — Fexingo Horror
    2026/05/06
In the winter of 1979, Luna's uncle Art drove a repair truck for Blue Ridge Cable in the hollows of West Virginia. One December night, he got a call from a house on Blue Ridge Road that didn't exist—at least not on any map or service record. The old man who answered the door led him to a television in a room with no windows, tuned to a single static channel broadcasting a number that kept counting down in a child's handwriting. Art fixed the box, but the next morning the dispatcher had no record of the call. Thirty years later, Luna found his notebook in an attic box, and drove to that road herself. This is what she saw through the living room window.

  • The Night They Picked Up Channel Five — Fexingo Horror
    2026/05/05
In the summer of 1978, in the dead-end town of Marlow, Oklahoma, a boy named Danny Haines started watching a test pattern that shouldn't have existed. It appeared on channel five after midnight, a simple circle and crosshairs with a single flicker in the lower right quadrant. At first it was just something to stare at. But then the flicker started moving. Danny began to sleep with the TV on, convinced he was being watched, and one night he saw a hand press against the inside of the screen. Years later, Luna sits in her own dark living room and remembers the call she got from Danny's mother, the voicemail she never deleted, and what they found in the crawlspace of the old Haines house. A slow-burn ghost story about analog loneliness and the things that look back from the static. No jump scares, no gore. Just a quiet, hand-printed account of what happens when you stare too long.
