Episode Notes:
The Call to Action from this episode is;
1: Get a Tactical Tracker: Purchase a simple wrist counter or download a tally app. For the next seven days, track every 'Inner Critic' thought. Don't judge them—just count them. Watch for the 'Awareness Peak' and then how the frequency actually drops as you pull these lies into the light.
2: Apply the Scriptural Defense: Identify your 'Top 3' recurring negative labels (e.g., 'I’m a failure,' 'I’m unlovable,' 'I’m a burden'). Find three specific verses that directly contradict those labels and write them on index cards. The next time the 'Prosecution' brings a charge, read the verse out loud as your official objection.
3: Make a Label Swap: Catch yourself using a 'Global Label' (like 'I’m a bad parent') and immediately break it down into an event and respond with a 'Specific Action.'
Change the negative accusation by applying these actions from tomorrow.
