概要
I’m joined by Abi — a Sport & Exercise Science student and university football club captain — for a real conversation around fitness, sport, and everything in between.
We get into the reality of women’s sport, her experience studying and working in the industry, and where a career in performance and health can actually lead. From coaching in the community to working with teams, Abi shares her perspective on both athlete development and improving the general population’s health.
We also dive into the bigger conversations around fitness today — including how social media shapes people’s expectations, why so many diets don’t work long term, and the confusion around calories, nutrition, and “quick fixes.”
Along the way, we touch on mindset, performance, and the psychology behind training — from self-limiting beliefs to the balance between discipline, motivation, and actually enjoying the process.
This is a grounded, honest conversation that cuts through the noise and looks at fitness and performance for what it really is.
