概要

ArcheTAP Podcast

Welcome to ArcheTAP — a podcast where we talk to the nervous system instead of yelling at it.

I’m Joan, and I use EFT tapping alongside archetypes, Gene Keys, and Human Design to help people understand why they react the way they do — and how to calm the body without turning everything into a personal failure.

Every episode, we explore:
• the current energetic or genetic theme
• how it shows up emotionally, physically, and relationally
• what it’s doing to your nervous system
• and then we tap on it — together

This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about noticing patterns without making them a moral issue.

ArcheTAP episodes drop every six days, aligned with the Human Design transit cycle. Each episode focuses on a specific gate or archetypal theme and how it’s being activated collectively — meaning we’re all feeling it at the same time, whether we realize it or not.

You’ll hear about:
• nervous system regulation
• imagination, pressure, judgment, codependence, and desire
• how genetics and epigenetics show up in real life
• why your body reacts before your brain catches up
• and how to work with that instead of fighting it

At the end of most episodes, we tap.

You don’t need experience.
You don’t need perfect technique.
You don’t even need to believe in tapping.

Just follow along — or don’t. It still works.

I guide tapping in a conversational, call-and-response style. Think “thinking out loud with your body,” not a polished self-help script. If you’re watching the video, you’ll see the tapping points. If you’re just listening, the points are always listed in the episode notes.

Use one hand or two.
Tap about five to eight times per point.
Don’t count.
Don’t overthink it.
Your nervous system loves rhythm, not perfection.

ArcheTAP is for you if:
• you’re self-aware but still reactive
• you’re tired of fixing yourself
• you feel things in your body before you understand them
• you like spiritual concepts but need them grounded
• you want clarity without pressure

Some episodes are short and punchy.
Some are deeper and more “sit with this.”
All of them are meant to meet you where you actually are.

This podcast isn’t here to tell you who to be.
It’s here to help your system soften enough to find out.

New episodes every six days.
Tap along when you want.
Listen when you need.
And let your body do what it already knows how to do.

  • Gate 63: Tapping for the Overthinking Mind

For the mind that won't stop scanning. We tap to release chronic doubt, loosen the jaw, and teach the nervous system that safety doesn't live on the other side of a definitive answer.

  • Gate 63: Informed or Inflamed? March 2-7
    2026/03/02

Gate 63 holds the frequency of Doubt → Inquiry → Truth. And right now, in a world optimized for outrage and algorithmic anxiety, that shadow expression is everywhere — in the late-night scroll, the compulsive research, the almost-pleasurable hit of connecting dots at 11 PM while your jaw quietly tightens.

This episode is for the thoughtful, pattern-recognizing mind that has confused vigilance with safety. We talk about what chronic doubt actually costs the body, why the crown center wasn't designed for interrogation, and how Inquiry — real inquiry — doesn't require tension to function.

We tap to release the grip. To soften the brace. To let not-knowing be enough for tonight.
