概要

WAIT CONFERENCE | 2026-Day 15| WORSHIP AS A CONTINUOUS RESPONSE TO THE FATHER| CHIMDI OHAHUNA In this compelling session of WAIT CONFERENCE’26, we explore worship not as a momentary act or emotional posture, but as a lifelong transition into confidence, communion, and sonship. Anchored in Romans 8:15–17, we are reminded that just as Jesus called God “Father,” we too, as heirs and joint heirs with Christ, are invited into that same intimacy and authority. But this inheritance comes with responsibility. To walk as joint heirs, we must embrace the same understanding of the Father that Jesus carried while on earth. Referencing Psalm 16:10, we see Jesus surrender His spirit with full confidence that His soul would not be abandoned. This confidence in the Father is the heartbeat of worship. Key revelations from this session include: - Worship is a transition, not just a disposition (2 Corinthians 3:18). It’s a journey of growing in confidence in the Father God. - Jesus had a standpoint, not just a status. As joint heirs, we must adopt His posture of trust, obedience, and spiritual clarity. - The Holy Spirit is essential. Just as He enabled Christ to serve the Father perfectly (Galatians 4:6), He empowers us to live as true heirs, fully aligned with the Godhead. - Worship is impossible without the Holy Spirit. He is the communicator of divine truth, the indwelling fullness of God, and the one who enables us to cry “Abba Father.” - Grieving the Holy Spirit happens when we ignore His voice or act independently. Worship begins with listening, responding, and walking in step with Him. - Our entire life is a response to the Father. Worship is not confined to a song or a service, it is the soul’s continuous cry, enabled by the Spirit, rooted in sonship (Ephesians 1:4–5; 2 Corinthians 5:21). This episode is a call to live worship, not just express it. To grow in confidence, commune with the Holy Spirit, and maintain the standpoint of Christ. Worship is the soul’s eternal response to the Father, and only through the Spirit can we live it fully. Tune in now and be stirred to embrace worship as your lifestyle, your identity, and your eternal rhythm. Jesus is Lord.
