“Send Coach John a message”

A good morning of reflections and connecting. I found this one of many that I needed to let percolate a bit in my mind and heart. It comes from Seek Wiser (@SeekWiser_) and it reminds us that “Your greatest weapon is your mind. Train it to see opportunities, not obstacles.” So many things going on around us and throughout the world. I’m working hard to not get distracted by trying to keep up with all of it. I’m trying to focus in on being in the moment a bit more and seeing opportunities and not victim thinking of doubt, worry and not believing in myself. If I can use this and connect with this thought, more moments that I have throughout each day - wow… there’s going to be some good things coming from those choices.
