Untold numbers of people can't even get decent care, and millions of people get absolutely no care at all. So why is that? There are glaring, enormous problems plaguing medicine and medical systems around the world, how do we unwind them? How do we even understand them? And for all the individuals in the world with cancer who are struggling, how can we bring them within reach? Can we create actionable solutions that alter the course of their disease and of their lives? It's a lofty goal, but it's the one we're going to tackle right here.
