This is a conversation with Deborah Atter from Improving Lives Plymouth, here to talk more her role & the role of *The Peer Researchers in the Changing Futures programme* - Deb works with the team on the recruitment & support of the new Peer Researchers.
Having Peer Researchers welcomed in some of Plymouth's service is really positive. They will be taking on service specific roles, with the aim to support the teams & provide some learned experience insight.
