This week we review Lessons 22-28. We are starting to look at the world around us in a different way. Is this the world we truly want to inhabit? There’s a great deal of attacking in this world and I truly want to see this differently.

Is it possible for me to have a thought that isn't shared in this "shared illusion" of a world? We will talk about all of these ideas and a few more. In this episode, we briefly review lessons 7 through 14. The theme of the episode centers on the importance of what and where we focus our attention, because our attention/thoughts are energy. Hence, the question is: where are we expending our energy, and where are we giving our attention? So the assignment for this week is: continue to be aware of your judgments, plus become aware if you are thinking about the past.
