I just rebranded my entire program, and it scared me. For weeks, I called it "The Trauma-Informed Publishing Blueprint" because I thought I had to sound professional and clinical. But that name wasn't me. It was who I thought I had to be.
In this episode, I'm sharing why I changed the name to "Finish My Memoir: 90-Day Program for Trauma Survivors" and what I learned about trying to be someone you're not.
In this episode:
- Why I was trying to sound like a therapist (and why that was wrong)
- The moment I realized my program name didn't even sound like me
- What I actually offer (and why it's NOT therapy)
- Why being a survivor who's "done it" is more valuable than any degree
- Permission to stop trying to be perfect and just be yourself
