In this episode you'll learn how to add accented (loud) strikes to simple grooves in order to give them a new feel and even change the pulse of the groove and you'll learn how a change in movement rather than controlling physical force can get you these results.

In this episode we're going to explore adding snare drum hits to the "e" and "a" counts. Up to this point, most of your snare drum hits will probably fall with a Hi-hat strike but now we're going to start adding hits in between these to form a new kind of groove!

We'll also combine the elements of the last episode with this new snare drum positions, within the next song in the book "Nothing but an E/A Thing"
