In this solo monologue, I open up about something deeply personal — the racist attack that nearly cost me my life as a child — and why the same kind of hatred is rising again in Britain today.

I talk honestly about my mixed Irish/Persian background, the bigotry I experienced from multiple communities growing up, and how the division I’m seeing across the UK right now mirrors the same dangerous mindset I survived as a kid.
